Regarding detoxification of the body and weight loss…?
I was told by a counselor at a spa that drinking warm to hot water is better for the body than drinking cold water. She used the analogy that hot water is used in washing dishes to get them clean therefore drinking hot water is better for the purification of one’s body. Does this have any credence?
Interesting. Ive recently wanted to do a Toxin cleanse. Honestly, I refuse to believe anything I read on the Net. So where does one turn, except to a Natural path who is going to charge you lots of money.
I have heard the Acai berry is good but that the total body cleanse is a scam. How is one to know?

I have not heard that one before, but I know hot water with lemon in it first thing in the morning is a good natural detox. I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com

yes I heard this is true but after eatting. Like the hot water, like Tea, will keep the fat from the food in liqued form so it can digest and excrete out of the body. cold water will make the fat from the food clump up and harden and stay in the body. Something like that, but yes, I have heard this too.

Not really, simply drinking hot Coffee in the morning in winter time doesn’t keep any one from getting a cold. Warm water takes less energy for you body to absorb, because it doesn’t have to warm it up. Cold water is good for helping cool yourself down but it being too cold can be dangerous also depending on you current hydration level. But hot or cold will not help you loose weight.
